I put my bid on FS Hot Lie, everything had sort of gone quiet. $300,500 on Bayside. It wouldn't hurt to bid on her, she was a nice filly.

$3,500,000, Dead Empire. I said, smirking lightly. I wasn't going to let this colt go easily, even though I just started bidding.

$500,000 on Bayside $4,000,000 on Dead Empire.
Maria called as she raised her paddle. She wouldn't lose, she had tons of money to spare and both would go to an amazing home where she could take them to the top.

I rubbed the handle of my paddle idly, hearing the bids raised, and wondering how much money to bid. Money was, obviously, no object for high end stables. And I had never really put much faith in the stuff anyhow. But that didn't mean my boss had a lot. 'Pick out the best and bid on them. And don't worry about the price. Just win.' she had said, and I'd take her for her word. Dead Empire, $5,000,000.

$8,000,000 on Dead Empire.
Maria called out as she sat in one of the many rows of seats as her eyes watched the handsome bay colt. Her gaze hadn't left him the whole time she had been here except to look at the breathtaking grey filly Bayside. She wasn't going to lose, she had come to far to lose now.

$10,000,000, Dead Empire. I had grown fond of the colt, though I hadn't even touched him yet. Standing right next to the ring helped give me a better view than the humans in the stands. I could see his movements. The long gaits, powerful sinew, muscled quarters. He'd be great. I wouldn't let him pass up, for any price.

$55,000,000 on Dead Empire.
This colt was the stuff of dreams. Related to the legendary Century as well as others you could tell he was gonna to earn the money GMR spent on him ten fold.

I traced a finger along the dusty ring rails. I revelled a bit as the bid rose to 55 mil, delighted in the quiet gasps of the crowd. But intimidation doesn't come easily to me. Dead Empire, $100,000,000. I shouted, glancing over the colt once again. No way could any horse pull in $100,000,000 in earnings, but he'd be worth it.

No. No 'What the heck'. He's mine! *growls*
Officially dropping bid on Dead Empire because Kails won't give me more money unless I give her some more breedings.
$30,000 on Fiasco.
