I sit in the stands a little dissapointed so far but remaining optimistic. I watched out the long windows as the foals sires played in the paddocks surrounding the arena. I thought it would be nice for the buyers to see what their foals could turn into.

Auctioneer:
The auctioneer watches as the bids slow on the horses and pick up on some of the others.
"Come on here ladies and gentlemen these are fantastic foals with no rules attatced to them." He said getting the crowd rallied.

<sub>Nick had quietly registered and sliped in silently. His auction card marked up and starred with the horses he was interested in and look at that! One was up for auction right now....

bic: The auctioneer smiles as things start to heat up with the new bidders, calling it as it comes to him.

SB: I sat back a little more relaxed now but not much. Dead Empire and Bayside were oin for their starting bid! I sighed thinking thats the way it goes. That at least they were going to a good home.

^{I entered the auction house silently, sticking near the back of the crowd. I clutched the bag that held my finances and notes in it. The whole reason that I was late was due to the fact that I was looking over all the horses for auction. Two had caught my eye, but there were at least five on my list. I quickly glanced over the current horses up for auction and picked up my bidding paddle. 10,000 on Sun Chaser. I called after double checking my account balance. I had enough. Definately.}

I find my way into the cosy auction barn and walk through
each aisle, looking at each horse. Mockingbird, I decide, would be
my main interest.

"$15 000 on Mockingbird."

<sub>Lauren smiled as seh had some competition now. She deicded to give up on Mockingbird to focus on the two she wanted. Raising her paddle she bidded again.

She knew she may give way on sunchaser, but Drug Trafficker was an Ex grandbaby and she would not let him go!
