Lauren smiled back to Nick and called out $44,000 on Sun Chaser! She then bit her lip.. Should she bid again on Drug Traffiker?

<sub>Great. He was getting a little competitive now. He glanced over again at the filly and rasied his paddle.

Auctioneer:

The auctioneer was having a tough time keeping up with the huge bids wishing the owner had put less up at a time. There were still another four or five after this lot to go! He did his best and hoped he didn't miss any bids not wanting to make anyone angry.

I sat there stock still. I was way passed excited now I was nearing some form of shock. I was so proud that people would pay the money for my horses. I had always thought that these babies in particular were worth the money but never in my wildest dreams did I think that anyone else would share my view.

I glanced at Bayside/Shell and then the current competitor. Shayne sat beside me who was actioulsy waiting for Hot Lie to go up for auction. I glanced at Shell again and raised my paddle to "$8500!!" Shayne looked at me and said "I was wondering when you were going to bid!!"

Maria smiled as she bidded yet again on the two FS babies. She could already see a future with them and knew she couldn't leave without them today.

^{I reviewed my listings once again, noticing a few horses I hadn't even glanced at before. Dead Empire... A Tempest son. I murmured, remembering the spirited filly I had briefly trained. $20,000 on Dead Empire. I called, waving my paddle enthusiastically.}

I glanced at the filly then back on the competitor. I whispered to myself and said two can play at this game. I shouted out "15 000", and waited to see what would happen.

I guess it would of helped if I put the horses name down . The bid is on Bayside!!

I smile as some of the warmbloods get some more bids, they were far from slim pickings just as good as the rest. I smile and wave at some of the new bidders and the ones still bidding glad the auction was going so well but eager to get the next lot of horses going.

Matty put Geronimo back into the stall, as he gave her a protesting look and put his ears back, making sure she knew he was not peased at this. Walking back into the arena she spotted SB and walked over. "Shove a bum chum." she said with a grin as she sat down, watching the horses, and waiting for the ones she was going to fight to the death for.

"Well if it isn't miss matty herself. I know who you're here for." I said knowing she was dying for the ones she had her eye on to come out.
"I think this lot will go soon." I said almost sadly as I realised I would actually have to say goodbye to them.
