One of my last RS breedings. This filly will soon be trained and become the next champ. I can't wait. At the moment she is a bit bi-polar in the way she reacts to people. Most of the time she is a sweet little princess until you give her any sort of competition where she just HAS to be the dominant one in the situation. That would be great if she was trained and racing but she's not so she's going to hurt herself carrying on that way. She gets along well with about 70% of the other horses just not the ones younger than her. I guess if you put her into a human sort of attitude you could say she acts older than she is and wants to grow up too fast. As far as handling goes she's the normal sort of horse, she can be good some days and iffy on others.

Tempest is the most awesome mare I have ever had the priveledge to own, including my own precious homebreds. She is absolutely fabulous! After looking after her so long she feels like a sister to me and one that I love a lot. She is not only an extremely incredible racehorse but she is just great to be around. Her temprement makes her special and makes her a challenge. She is an great mother also and I am sooo priveleged to own two babies of hers. Hopefully they'll excell just as easily as she does. I am glad she's gone home back to SB, although I will miss her a lot, but she'll have a hell of a time being home again. She couldn't have a better place to go. - Becki

Sunfrosts Comment after her fourth race in the One Second Stakes
The first thing that caught my eye about this one is the wonderfully long and detailed personality. I loved reading it, and it really gave me a feel for her. What really challenged her in this race was experience. She's raced four times and while she's done very well there are horses in this race who have raced more. She could be worked more, to give her an extra edge so experience isn't a problem. Other then that, I liked her and I think she has a bright future.
