Here is a list of the terms and conditions of training contracts I have handed out.
Training Contracts
Terms: At least ten posts on the process of the training plus another two posts that are the before and after evaluation (these must be at least 25 lines long). Each normal training post must be at least 10 lines long. Pays $6000 as well as $500 for each post done after the first ten but this is optional.

Exercising Contracts
You post in the horses exercise board with what ever your doing. A minimum of 8 lines per post. Pay is $400 for each post done.

Racer/Showing Contracts
Terms: The event enterer must enter the horse in shows/races on specified sites. Their contract ends when the horse has ten placings of first, second or third. I pay for all the entry fees and they keep 100% of the winnings, they also get a bonus $100 for every first place they get. Once the contract is over they can either renew it or end it in each case they must write a ten plus line evaluation post of the horse.
