Please come here and roleplay your introduction with the horses you have bought. I'll play the horses for you.
You walk out from the crowded arena where the bidding has finished, for you at least, and into the some what quieter wooden stable that holds the horses you bidded on. Although most of them are easily recognizable name plates ahve been attatched to their doors. Most horses are whickering to each other their heads out ready to say hello to their new owners and be taken to their new homes.

Melissa bounced happily out of the sales ring and waited for Mockingbird to appear. She had big hopes for the chestnut half-brother of Geronimo, Dead Letter, Frontier, GS Good Times and Belladona. With both of SB's best broodmares in his pedigree.

One of the more experienced handlers brings the big chestnut colt out from the arena. The horse sidesteps across the walkway. He was excited and jumpy as he pranced like a stallion towards his stall. As the handler opens the door to his stall the colt half rears giving out a loud squeal before being tugged out of it and into his stall where he is quickly unclipped. The colt squeals again shortly and tosses his head jumping at the door pking his head over furious he was now stuck in a stall with all this energy to burn.

The colt was big for his age and he new it. He looked a year ahead of himself but still held a temprement and slight air about him that made his young age obvious to a trained horse person. As the new person came over close to him and started to speak he snorted and tossed his head up violently. He was fierce and difficult but not mean. There was a line the chestnut wouldn't cross but still he looked to be a handful. Shoving his head at Melissa he sniffed and nudged looking for a treat of some kind biting at her clothed uncaring.

Hey mister. I'll give you a treat but you don't have to bite me. Melissa said firmly pushing away Jay Jay's nose and pulling out a peppermint.

The colts eyes sparkled at his one true love... the treat. Nibbling it he took the firm push as a sign of authority. Nudging her back he snorted in herface but then calmed a little. He had gotten his own back and was content to nibble on the oh so delicious treat that had appeared before him.

The colt was more at ease now with Melissas firm but gentle rub. He liked the attention she gave him and snorted his semi-defeat. He was a funny colt and his mind was changed easily with the temptation of attention and treats.
Walking down the aisle I saw Melissa getting along famously with Jay Jay. Thank God I thought. He wasn't the easiest colt to get along with if you were too strict he hated you and becasme unruly but if you were too soft he was lazy and very snobby. Looked like Melissa had the right balance. "Hey! How do you like our little rascal here?" I asked coming up to the stall wondering wether Melissa was going to hang around for any other horses or take Mockingbird home.

Melissa chuckled and rubbed Jay Jay's white stripe happily.
He's amazing. I love him she gushed with a broad smile on her face to SB. Not sure if I should escape with just him or him and Fiasco. she added glancing at the handsome chestnut son of Fly High Silver.

"They're both great horses. You'll have your hands full if you get Fiasco. He's just as much if not more of a handful than JJ." I said smiling at the handsome colt. "Thank God he's not as big though."

Kim moves down the row of stalls. Looking into each she smiles ear to ear, two great horses, and one, had been so easy to get. Her eyes search the stalls for the Ex grandson and the filly...plans for both already running through her mind.

I left the auction ring, and headed down to the shedrow of stalls to wait for Fire's little sissy to come out of the arena. Shayne was right behind me and just as excited as I was. I saw UR and waved and went and stood beside her. "Are you excited about your new pony?" I asked.

A kick can be heard from the second to last stall and not soon after a dapple filly puts her head out and neighs to the barn filly it with a chorus of replies. The filly Loosely Stitched whickered before settling munching on some of the lucerne she had left in her stall from the morning. She was a slow eater and enjoyed lording her mouth full of hay over the other horses taking extra care to make sure that all the horses near her stall saw her enjoying herself tremendously.
Justin one of the jockeys but also head stable hand in the Thoroughbred area came in from the arena with a gorgeous horse next to him. Stroking the fillies neck he led her quietly into one of the stalls. The filly Hot Lie snorted at being left but when a sugar cube was produced in exchange from the mans deep pockets all was forgiven. She was content to munch on the dellight as the noise and ruckus of the arena died away from her ears she was much more contented. Justin pressed play on the tape recorder that sat inside a case in her stall and not soon after came the familiar sounds of Blink -182. The filly snorted and tossed her head. Justin sighed. "Not what your in the mood for today?" he asked as he pressed skip and the new sound of The Veronicas came out. Hot Lie pranced then settled listening to the female pop-rock voices.
